DEMAND LETTER

The employer/principal is expected to formally issue a demand letter in favour of Indian Overseas Services, New Delhi. This letter should include:

  • Job Description/Category
  • Number of workers required in each category
  • Monthly salary
  • Duration of Contract/Permanent Employment
  • Additional amenities for workers, including accommodation, food, medical, transport, and air passage

POWER OF ATTORNEY

Furthermore, the employer/principal must issue a letter of authority in favour of Indian Overseas Services addressed to the Consulate General of the relevant Embassy in India. This letter formally declares that IOS is the authorized manpower recruiting agent, fully empowered to manage all visa matters, submissions, and delivery.
